Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, with seals/tags intact, and in the original packaging. A receipt or order number is required.
How to Start a Return
Email tunde@medexgrand.com with your order number, item(s), and reason. If approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization and provide instructions.
Please do not send items back without approval—returns without authorization will be refused.
Return Shipping Costs

If we shipped the wrong item, or your order arrives defective/damaged, we cover return shipping.

For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Damages & Issues
Check your order upon delivery. If damaged, defective, or incorrect, email tunde@medexgrand.com within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Perishables, customized products, hazardous materials, gift cards, and final-sale/clearance items
Exchanges
To exchange, return the unwanted item (following the process above) and place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days (banks/credit cards may take longer).
